- Application period is 1 - 12 September 2008. Online application closes on 12 September at 7:00 PM Nepali Standard Time. Online application should be made through Joint Application System (https://www.admissions.fi/).
- Copies of relevant authorized certificates must arrive by post by 19 September at the latest after filling applications by the above mentioned deadline. Faxed or scanned copies are not accepted.
- Entrance examinations are held between 22 and 31 October 2008.
- Polytechnics/UAS announce the results by 28 November 2008.
- Admitted students must confirm their study places by 12 December 2008 at 8:00 PM Nepali Standard Time at the latest.
Application results for degree programs starting in spring 2009 will be sent by mail to the students by 28 November 2008 at the latest. In addition to the letter of admittance, the student will receive a confirmation form. It is imperative that the student submits the confirmation form to the higher education institution in which he/she wishes to study by 12 December 2008 at 8:00 PM Nepali Standard Time at the latest, otherwise the student will forfeit the study place.
Confirmation of the study place is binding and cannot be altered or cancelled.
If you have applied to several degree programmes, please wait until you have received all the admission results. Once you have received all the results, select your study place and return the confirmation form. A student forfeits his/her study place, if the confirmation form arrives at the higher education institution after the set date.

The Degree Programme aims to equip the graduates with the knowledge, skills and understanding required in challenging positions in the expanding field of international marketing and international trade. It is a specialisation studies in International Marketing aim at giving students the knowledge and skills to undertake various, demanding tasks in the field of marketing and customer service.

If you are applying in Helsinki region or any other region for that matter..apply for the apartment in HOAS or some other place where you can apply. I believe Bachelor students here in Helsinki can only apply in HOAS. So, just don't wait for admission or visa. If you don't get admission or visa you can cancel without problems. So applying for apartment is just an on-line form.. it doesn't cost you anything. Student accommodation is a big issue here. Some of my friends applied in May and they have not got accommodation until now. So hurry up otherwise you may regret later.
