When I'll arrive in Finland, I will have to inform my parents through telephone. What is the cost of the call per minute from Finland to Nepal? Also, I will have to buy SIM card for my survival in Finland. What is the cheapest mobile service found in Finland? I will be bringing my Nokia set from Nepal which is the cheapest one here in Nepal. Will it be handy in Finland?

The rate depends upon the service provider as well. Normally student prefer Kolumbus and DNA mobile prepaid cards here. Personally myself, I prefer Kolumbus prepaid. Once you arrive on Finland, it is better idea to buy a SIM and inform your parents with mobile since your parents will be desperate to know your safe arrival here.
But, for regular calling purpose, most of the Nepalese students use VOIP service providers. VOIP calls are really much cheaper to call to Nepal. There are so many VOIP service providers which will provide service to call Nepal using computer over Internet. As far as I know, Kantipur Tel (www.kantipurtel.com) is the cheapest one to call to Nepal on both landline and mobile. But, the problem with Kantipur Tel is that getting line connected is damm hard. So, I also use VOIP Cheap (www.voipcheap.com) to call to Nepal. VOIP Cheap also provides SMS service to mobiles of Nepal
You made really good decision to bring mobile here. Mobiles are really expensive here compared to Nepal. So, I suggest everyone to bring mobile along with them from Nepal.
well friends... don't get baffled, just dail 99577 and nepal number to call from finland. as soon as you hit Vantaa, that's where the airport is located, try to find R-kioski and buy prepaid kolumbus sim card. but again, it's advisable to take a bus ride from bus park situated outside Vantaa airport to helsinki as soon as you come out of airport in order to avoid getting yourself lost in a new environment. inside railway station, you can find R-kioski. but bring mobile set from nepal.

As search of many websites for cheap internet call to nepal, voipzoom is more cheaper than other.its generally .11(cent) per minute. As mention in above, i login kantipurtel.com. when i click in rates, i didn't display rates. can u guid me to how to know about rates of kantipurtel.com.
